Kwara United assistant coach, Tunde Sanni, says the players didn’t play according to instructions in their 1-0 loss against Abia Warriors.
Megwo Sunday netted the only goal for the hosts in the encounter.
The Harmony Boys are yet to taste victory since the restart of the second half of the season.
Sanni said the team’s recent poor run of form is becoming worrisome.
The experienced tactician believes that it is important for the players to work on their finishing.
“We didn’t start well; I know Abia Warriors because I was part of them at the start of the season,” he told the club’s media.
“I warned the players not to take chances, and I encouraged them to start the game very well with explosive moments.
“You can see we started slowly, and that’s the problem. You can’t play slowly with Abia Warriors; they will run you down, which is the major problem we had in the first half.
“We will continue to work on our finishing, which is our major priority.”
