The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced plans to attend to walk-in candidates at its offices and selected outstations on Wednesday as part of its Customer Service Week celebration.
The board disclosed this in a statement posted on its official X account on Monday.
According to JAMB, the exercise will hold from 9am to 2pm on October 21, 2026, giving candidates an opportunity to make enquiries, seek guidance and raise concerns about its services.
The board said, “On Wednesday, 21 October, we’re making more room for conversation.
“As part of JAMB’s Customer Service Week celebration, staff will be available at all JAMB offices and selected outstations to attend to walk-in candidates.
“Whether you have a question, need guidance or wish to raise a concern about JAMB services, this is an opportunity to engage with our team directly.”
The examination body advised candidates to be prepared to explain their enquiries or concerns to help its staff understand and address their needs.
It added, “As we mark Customer Service Week, we’re reaffirming a simple commitment: to listen, respond and keep working towards a better service experience for the people we serve.
“We look forward to engaging with you.”
The exercise is scheduled to take place at JAMB offices and selected outstations nationwide.
