The turnout reportedly overwhelmed the stadium, with many supporters unable to gain access to the main arena and instead gathering in adjoining areas.
Some enthusiastic participants were also seen climbing trees and the rooftops of high-rise buildings around the stadium and the nearby Kwari textile market to catch a glimpse of the proceedings.
The massive gathering underscored the growing political mobilisation around President Tinubu and his administration in Kano, as supporters and party leaders used the occasion to reaffirm their commitment to the President’s political agenda.
The inauguration is expected to provide a platform for the TSG to strengthen grassroots mobilisation and coordinate support for the Tinubu administration across Kano State.
