Adeogun Tunrayo Muslimah (ATM), a visionary entrepreneur and community development advocate with more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development and social impact, has launched the Trust Score Initiative (TSI), a non-governmental organisation dedicated to empowering youths and women through a Trust-Based Revolving Empowerment Model.
The initiative was officially unveiled at ATM Mart, Oke Ado, Ibadan, as part of activities marking Adeogun’s birthday.
At the event, more than 50 pioneer beneficiaries received tools, equipment and products to support their businesses and daily economic activities.
The items distributed included deep freezers, industrial sewing machines, ovens, dehydrators, mixers, generators, laptops, grinding machines, blenders and other essential business assets.
The Chairman of the event, Mr Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, FCA, commended Adeogun for choosing to mark her birthday by supporting other members of the community.
“As we all know, it is not easy to get money, and for someone to decide to use her own resources to fund this laudable project, such a person deserves kudos,” the Chairman stated.
He encouraged other well-meaning Nigerians to emulate the gesture and urged the beneficiaries to put the equipment to productive use rather than sell it, so that others could also benefit from the programme.

The representative of the Commissioner for Women Affairs, Mrs Bola Dada, congratulated Adeogun on her birthday and commended her contributions to humanity through initiatives aimed at improving the lives of women and youths.
She said the initiative aligns with the policies of the Oyo State government.
Speaking at the event, Adeogun expressed appreciation to everyone who supported the initiative, particularly Mr Adegboyega Adegoke, FCA, as well as the special guests for their presence, guidance, wisdom and financial support.
“Today we are witnessing the birthday of a movement, a movement dedicated to empowering lives. I decided to celebrate differently. Instead of hosting a celebration that would end in a few hours, I founded the Trust Score Initiative, which will continue to impact generations long after I am gone. By His grace, what started in Ibadan will extend across Oyo State, Nigeria and Africa. May God help me,” ATM stated.
The convener announced that the empowerment programme would be implemented in three batches, with the first batch in August, while the second and third batches are in September and October 2026, respectively.
She explained that two more opportunities would remain in 2026 to empower individuals, support businesses and create pathways to sustainable growth.
According to her, beneficiary selection is based on trust and integrity, while registration forms are available free of charge.
Adeogun called on government institutions, development agencies, traditional and faith-based institutions, professional bodies and philanthropists to support the Trust Score Initiative.
“Together we can strengthen institutions, create opportunities, restore hope and empower lives,” she said.
The event also featured the official launch and unveiling of the Trust Score Initiative Handbook, described as a practical guide for value-based leadership and responsible living.
The handbook is designed to promote accountability, sustain the empowerment programme and expand lasting opportunities for beneficiaries and partners.
The TSI Handbook was launched by Mr Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, FCA, ADC Gubernatorial Candidate for Oyo State, who donated N5 million to the initiative.
Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, Mrs Olayemi Akande appreciated Adeogun for the gesture.
“Thanks for this rare privilege. We will never take it for granted. Wishing you many prosperous years, you will never know better yesterday ma,” Mrs Akande said.
The event was attended by notable personalities, including Farmer Kola Adeniji, Managing Director and CEO of NIJI Group of Companies; Engineer Waheed Busari, Mogaji Alaodi Dynasty; Hon Dare Adeleke; Alhaji Y.K. Abass, Babaloja of Oyo State; Alhaja Sarat Agbojo (Agbara Owo); Dr and Mrs Ranti Olurin, Proprietress, George and Duke Group of Schools; Engr Alhaji Gbade Akanni; Fodilat Sheikh Muyideen Ibrahim Ayede (Al-Khalifa Akbar); members of the Ibadan Golf Club and other distinguished guests.
The event featured presentations, cake-cutting, music, and entertainment, creating a festive atmosphere that marked both Adeogun’s birthday and the launch of what the organisers described as a transformative empowerment movement.
