The President, Evangelical Church Winning All, ECWA, Rev Dr Ayuba Malam Job Bagat, has hailed Kaduna State governor, Uba Sani’s inclusivity in governance.
He also lauded the Governor’s application of a non-kinetic approach to solving security problems, as well as his administration’s collaboration with the Nigerian Army.
The President of ECWA Worldwide, Rev Dr Ayuba Malam Job Bagat, made this known during a courtesy visit to Governor Uba Sani, saying that all the actions had significantly impacted the lives of the people.
He added that the improved security situation in the state had particularly paved the way for a more conducive environment for businesses to thrive, adding that people now had the confidence to go about their legitimate businesses, especially in the urban areas, without any fear.
According to the ECWA President, “I believe that once you commit to sustaining this tempo, peace will permeate all nooks and crannies of the state in the near shortest possible time.”
According to Rev Bagat, “the governor’s inclusive leadership style and how he embraced diversity, make everyone feel valued, comfortable, and welcomed in the state,” pointing out that “generally speaking, all citizens of Kaduna State now have a sense of belonging under his administration”.
He opined, “Indeed, you are an activist who fights for the masses under you and for the enthronement of true democratic ideals in contemporary society.
“I am glad to commend you for remaining within the terms of the oath you took upon your assumption of office, to be just and fair to all.”
“By this, you have given succour to other parts of the state such as the people of southern Kaduna who were almost totally neglected in the immediate past regimes.”
Governor Uba Sani, while responding, thanked the ECWA President and members of his entourage for the visit, reiterating his administration’s commitment to be fair, just and equitable to all people of Kaduna State, irrespective of their ethnicity or religious beliefs.
The Governor explained that it had been the focus of his administration in the siting of projects, since he assumed office on May 29, 2023, adding that his Government would not shirk that responsibility.
Sani further stressed the importance of peaceful coexistence because development could only be achieved in an atmosphere of peace.
