The Chief Executive Officer of Atusbulk Media Team, Ismaila Yusuf Atus, has identified poor customer relations as one of the primary reasons businesses fail in Nigeria.
He explained that for business owners to remain afloat amid turbulent market forces and government policies at all levels, they must devise strategies to consistently reach out to potential clients and customers in clear terms.
Atus, speaking at the launch of Atusbulk Media Team, said: “When we looked at the market data, we found that businesses were losing nearly one-third of their potential revenue simply because they couldn’t effectively communicate with their customers.
“That is not just numbers on a page – that is real money being left on the table by hardworking Nigerian entrepreneurs.
“I have watched countless businesses struggle with juggling multiple apps and platforms just to reach their customers.
“Think about it – one platform for SMS, another for WhatsApp, and yet another for email. It is like trying to drive three cars at once. We are changing that story today.”
He added that with the launch of his organisation, business communication would take a different shape, offering a game-changing platform in Abuja to address the messaging “headaches that have plagued Nigerian businesses for years.”
According to him, “What excites me the most is seeing small business owners’ faces light up when they realise they can now do what only big corporations could do before.
“A mama put owner can now schedule her daily menu broadcasts, a boutique owner can showcase new arrivals, and a bookshop can alert students about new stock – all from one simple dashboard.
“We are not just selling software. We are giving Nigerian businesses their time back. Time they can spend growing their business instead of wrestling with technology.
“The platform’s impact on Nigeria’s economy promises to be substantial. With projected indirect job creation exceeding 10,000 and a 45% reduction in communication costs, Atusbulk is positioned to fuel significant economic growth.”
Sharing his vision for Nigeria’s future, Atus concluded: “This is not just about making business easier. It is about empowering every Nigerian entrepreneur to compete in today’s digital economy. When they succeed, Nigeria succeeds.”
