FA Cup: Paul Merson predicts scoreline for Arsenal vs Liverpool conflict

Arsenal legend Paul Merson has predicted the Gunners’ FA Cup conflict with Liverpool.

Arsenal will host Liverpool within the FA Cup third-round tie on Sunday at Emirates Stadium.

Offering his prediction, Merson backed Arsenal to beat the Reds 2-1.

He stated, as quoted by Sportskeeda: “Arsenal are taking part in at residence and face a Liverpool staff with out Salah, so I fancy them to win this one. Arsenal 2-1 Liverpool.”

The kick-off time for the match is 5:30 pm.
