Senator Solomon Akku Ewuga, a political chief in Nasarawa State, has formally rejoined the governing All Progressives Congress, APC, after dumping the opposition Peoples Democratic Occasion, PDP.
Ewuga, who represented Nasarawa North within the seventh Nigerian Senate, introduced the event throughout a gathering with APC officers in his Alushi-Ginda Ward on Wednesday, January 3, 2024.
The assembly, which occurred in Nasarawa Eggon Native Authorities Space of Nasarawa State, was attended by key APC officers from Ewuga’s native authorities space.
The senator, who had beforehand served as Deputy Governor of the state and Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has a major political background.
Ewuga performed an important function as one of many founding fathers of the defunct Congress for Progressive Change, CPC, which later merged with different political events to type the APC in 2013.
