The Parliamentary Monitoring Group, PMG, has lauded the House of Representatives for passing key bills under the leadership of Speaker Tajudeen Abbas.
According to the PMG, Abbas’ leadership style has fostered constructive debate, promoted economic growth, enhanced national security and strengthened institutional frameworks.
The PMG’s mid-year assessment of the activities of the House highlighted key reforms including constitution review, legislative transparency and public engagement.
