The 36 State Governors under the aegis of Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) on Wednesday night are expected to hold a meeting with the Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari with a view to address the lingering fuel scarcity across the country.
The Governors during the meeting to be chaired by NGF Chairman, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State are also expected to get update on the just concluded United Nations General Assembly; ECA, PPT & Royalties Accounts as well as reconciliation/Debt Net-Off and various NGF Legal Cases; and how to leverage on the $825 million to improve Nigeria’s Agri-Food
Sector.
In the same vein, the Governors are expected to receive presentations from the former Vice President, Namadi Sambo who chairs the Delegation of African Medical Excellence Center; Director General of Department of State Security, Mr. Adeola Oluwatosin Ajayi as well as Lami Chinade from the Office of the National Security Adviser (oNSA).
