Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand has revealed he warned his former teammate Wayne Rooney about taking the Birmingham supervisor’s job.
Arogidigba International Journal recollects that Birmingham sacked Rooney on Tuesday, who oversaw simply two wins in 15 video games following his controversial appointment at St Andrew’s final October.
Talking after he was sacked, Rooney insisted the ’13 weeks he spent at Birmingham weren’t enough to supervise the modifications that had been wanted on the membership.’
Reacting to information of Rooney’s sack, Ferdinand informed Vibe with 5: ” Managers are usually not afforded 13 weeks, which Wayne feels isn’t lengthy sufficient to place his stamp on a staff.
