Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, on Friday, celebrated the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo, as he marks his 70th birthday.
In a heartfelt tribute, Obasanjo commended Oyedepo’s authenticity, stating, “Bishop Oyedepo, I appreciate you because you are plain, and God appreciates you because you are close to Him. Today, you are joining the club of septuagenarians, you are welcome.”
As Oyedepo turns 70, his influence extends far beyond the pulpit. He is celebrated as a prominent preacher, entrepreneur, and educator, having founded Covenant University and Landmark University.
General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor E.A. Adeboye, and his wife, Pastor (Mrs) Foluke Adeboye, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) have felicitated with Oyedepo on his 70th birthday.
